  • The registration fee includes conference bag, program and abstract book, 4 x lunch, and coffee breaks.
  • Registration fee for accompanying participants (family members) includes conference bag, 4 x lunch, coffee breaks, but not access to scientific sessions.

Cancellation Policy
  • Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
  • Cancellation received prior to September 1st, 2014 - full refund will be made.
  • Cancellation received from September 1st to October 1st, 2014 – refund less 50% deduction will be made.
  • Cancellation received after October 1st, 2014 – no refund.

Methods of Payment for Registration:

PS: According to regulations of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, there will be handling charge of US $8.00 for each bank draft, and you are responsible for this handling charge. Therefore, please add the extra US $8.00 when you use bank draft as payment.


2. Bank transfers should be made to:

PS: Please be advised to make sure to indicate the name of "China Tregs 2014 Conference", and your full name on the Message to the Beneficiary of your bank transfer, and please send us a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer and keep a copy for your own record.


3. Credit Card: Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, Master, American Express), but there will be a 3% service charges calculated on the total amount paid, and the total amount will be billed in Chinese currency RMB Yuan (Currency exchange rate: 1 USD = 6.3 RMB Yuan).
